Business Process Manager for SAP E2E Processes (Purchase2Pay, DWH) (m/f)
General information
Reference: 86869
Location: Central Switzerland + travelling
Start: 15.05.2016
Volume: Full time 80-100% i
Languages: English = must have, German/Italian = nice to have
Your Skills
- Higher education within IT or Economics
- + 6 years of practical experience as a SAP process manager
- Experience within supply chain management manufacturing plants in Europe, China, India and America
- Experience in the redesign of a Supply Chain Management organization
- Know How concerning E2E processes like: Purchase to pay or Procurement
- Deep experience in process design, template design and template rollout for 2 divisions in China and Europe
- Good knowledge in SAP MM or in Material Management
- Project Experience in mobile device management in logistic processes like picking, packing, consolidation
- Flexible and very self-driven
- Organized, structured and strong in analytics
- Communicative and able to steer all involved stakeholders on all levels
- Very good English knowledge
Your Tasks
- You will have to define the Best Demonstrated Practices (BDP) business processes for template improvements and for the template design
- You will analyze and discuss the business requirements and identify business improvements
- You have to design Business Blueprints together with the business and challenge template and business processes
- Your are responsible to assure the usage of existing Business Data Processing template processes or align new best demonstrated practices (BDP) processes
- You need to verify, monitor and document business processes after the solution implementation
- You need to ensure the support in elaborating industry 4.0 improvements and BDP solutions
- You will be responsible for the organization of workshops together with the implementation/rollout project team and the business
- You need to design workshops for purchasing and logistic processes and workshops for redesign of existing processes
- You have to ensure that the change process is documented and you need to ensure an efficient change implementation
- You support integration and user acceptance tests
- You support and enhance the usage of mobile device management in logistic processes like picking, packing, consolidation.
- You will have to support in elaborating industry 4.0 improvements and BDP solutions
