Senior Business Process Manager will manage complex assignments in the field of business process management. The Senior Business Process Manager will be a subject specialist and act as coach.

Requirements

Analytical skills;

Assertiveness to acquire detailed information and to document this information in a comprehensive manner for business representatives but also technically correct to be in line with stakeholders such as Enterprise architecture and Operational risk;

Adopt a logical and thorough approach for analysing process flows and requirements;

Interact with multiple internal stakeholders with the ability to understand their (parts of the) process;

Project management skills in planning and executing activities in a pro-active self-starting manner;

Extensive knowledge as process consultant within a financial organizations;

Modeling language: Experience in modelling in BPMN (2.0);

Tooling: Experience in modelling in Bizz Design;

The extent to which candidates possesses the aforementioned overall requirements and experience also determines the seniority level suggested by the supplier and the position the candidate will hold.

Must be an expert business process manager and able to lead a small team;

A Senior is considered an expert business process manager within financial organizations and able to lead complex assignments.
