Business Process Management (Nimbus Control) Consultant

For the Global BPM Centre of Excellence at a multinational client, we are looking for a:

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (NIMBUS CONTROL) CONSULTANT

The BPM Consultant will ensure the continued evolution of Business Process Management (BPM) using Nimbus Control across the organisation from within the Global BPM Centre of Excellence.

This will be a key "customer facing" role with exciting possibilities to drive the adoption of BPM across a multinational organisation.

Major activities will include:

- Supporting and participating in specific BPM projects and initiatives by training users and facilitating workshops
- Supporting the maintenance of the in-house Nimbus Control system to a high level
- Tracking and resolving issues
- Delivering CoE services to users
- Participating in the development of new CoE services
- Proposing new BPM projects
- Training and coaching all levels of BPM users
- Presenting BPM and Nimbus Control to interested teams
- Ensuring a smooth delivery of services from the CoE
- Working with technical teams to ensure seemless system upgrades
- Advising the Team Lead of key issues, risks and opportunities and managing them as required
- Liaising with the Vendor to maintain excellent relations and ensure requirements are built into future versions of the system

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Advanced Nimbus Control functional and technical skills
- Practical knowledge of Business Process Management techniques and methodologies linked to Continuous Improvement
- Extensive experience in improving business processes in large multi-national companies
- Understanding of BPM and how to apply it

THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT FOR ONE YEAR IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED MINUTES FROM LAKE GENEVA, ON THE SWISS RIVIERA AND CLOSE TO LAUSANNE. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
