JOB: BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - NIMBUS CONTROL
PURPOSE:
Our client is looking for an BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT - NIMBUS CONTROL for a 1 year contract.
YOUR TASKS:
- Supporting and participating in specific BPM projects and initiatives by training users and facilitating workshops
- Supporting the maintenance of the in-house Nimbus Control system to a high level
- Tracking and resolving issues
- Delivering CoE services to users and develop new CoE services
- Proposing new BPM projects, training and coaching all levels of BPM users
- Presenting BPM and Nimbus Control to interested teams
- Ensuring a smooth delivery of services from the CoE
- Working with technical teams to ensure seemless system upgrades
- Advising the Team Lead of key issues, risks and opportunities and managing them as required
- Liaising with the Vendor to maintain excellent relations and ensure requirements are built into future versions of the system
PROFILE:
- Advanced Nimbus Control functional and technical skills
- Practical knowledge of Business Process Management techniques and methodologies linked to Continuous Improvement
- Extensive experience in improving business processes in large multi-national companies
- Understanding of BPM and how to apply it
- LANGUAGES: ENGLISH MANDATORY
