Our global client based in Basel is looking for a BPM Strategic Consultant to join the Enterprise Business Process Management team.
Due to developments in the BPM area the client is looking to build a Roadmap for the future as they move towards a new Target Operating Model.
You will be key to guiding and helping prepare this Road Map, and be responsible for the Design and implementation of Business Process Management practice across multiple areas of the client.
You will review current strategy, Operating Model and IT Roadmap, and lead a BPM consulting and technology implementation initiative, which shall provide strategic roadmap and product portfolio benefit for stakeholders.
An excellent opportunity to build a Business Process Management center of excellence, that will own and support process governance, change management and continuous process improvement.
You will play a key role in identifying key strategic issues concerning restructuring and progression within an Enterprise Business Process Model
Ideal candidates will have:
*Strong Business Process Management IT background
*Strong commercial awareness, able to understand business strategy and translate into technology and process solutions to achieve business objectives
*Understanding of organisational change, Target Operating Model, Roadmap and Change Management
*Strong communication skills to influence senior managers and stakeholders
*A degree in business management can be an advantage.
*Ideally looking for experience working in healthcare, logistics, supply chain, and process engineering disciplines with demonstrable positive impact to business operating results.
