BUSINESS PROCESS LEAD

PalmMason are currently recruiting for a experienced Business Lead to be based in Hong Kong for a 18 months contract.

The successful candidate will Lead a small team of Business Process Analysts to work closely with CX/KA business units to identify and analyse core business processes and produce As-Is and To-Be process models. Clearly document processes and solution decisions and facilitate the signoff of deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE..

- Lead a package of work including tracking and reporting progress
- Lead a small team in producing deliverables and perform reviews and quality checks on these deliverables
- Provide guidance to staff where needed, directing their activity as needed
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Business Units, Design Authority and DCS SME's
- Facilitate workshops with SME's to drive outcomes

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES...

- University Degree in Business, Information Systems or related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, on large and complex projects
- Proven track record of successful delivery in designing and constructing business processes, sub-processes
- Understanding project management disciplines
- Knowledge of airline software and systems, airline experience preferably in the areas of airport operations
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering, preferably experience with BPMN
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
- Hands-on experience with process modelling and analysis tools; experience in BPM tools eg iServer
