Business Process Expert (Supply Chain)

Business Process Expert wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in Computer Science or in a related principle with professionalism in Supply Chain processes like material management, inventory management, sales order management, etc.
- Several years of working experience on projects and on change management as a Business Analyst
- 3-6 years of experience working as a Supply Chain Business Analyst/IT or Business Consultant in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent know-how in CSV, GxP, ICE and Business Process Formalization as well as proficiency with complex landscape systems or interfaces structure
- Deep knowledge of ECC Supply Chain Modules such as MM, SD, Inventory management, Warehouse Management along with strength in Manufacturing SAP-ECC
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, additional language knowledge is a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Developing project rationale and performing scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects
- Determining gaps in existing functionality and reviewing requirements with stakeholders along with liaising with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution
- Developing a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions
- Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services
- Organizing and facilitating service meeting with ERP COE and business as well as acting as the primary connection between service deliver and the business
- Developing project estimates and completing financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)
