Business Process Expert

Harvey Nash is looking for a Business Process Expert for a 6 month project in Switzerland.

The role is for a candidate to analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary technology service (focus on SAP) to business. In support of the service delivery manager the candidate acts as the primary point of contact for the business for existing services to ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and business end user expectations and satisfaction levels are met with focus on SAP applications (ECC, BI).

You are responsible for

* Developing project rationale and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects

* Highlighting/identifying gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders

* Developing a comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions

* Liaising with the service development team to suggest a high level functional solution

* Developing project estimates and completing financial model (costs, savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon, etc.)

* Ensuring that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and/or major upgrades to existing services

* Ensuring the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services

* Acting as the primary connection between service delivery (ERP COE) and the business

* Managing management escalation with ERP COE (ERP escalation tool) and business SAP governance lead. maintaining Business process owners, SU etc update in GRC

* Facilitating and managing escalation meeting for incident or service request if needed

* Organizing and facilitating service meeting with ERP COE and business

* Ensuring all business end-user requirements for all IT services are documented through Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

* Ensuring SLAs are met for all IT services

* Developing and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and monitoring satisfaction levels;

* Providing a uniform approach to the way in which customer feedback is handled and resolved

Requirements

* 3 to 6 years' experience in pharma company as Supply Chain Business Analyst/IT or business consultancy

* Preferred experience in the area of R&D - clinical supply area

* Multiyear experience on projects as business analyst

* Multiyear experience on change management as business analyst

* Degree or Master Degree in computer sciences or similar

* Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes: material management, inventory management, sales order management, distribution

* Good Knowhow: Forecasting/demand management, demand planning 2 years horizon, supply planning, detailed scheduling

* High level knowledge of Clinical Supply Chain

* CSV

* GxP

* ICE

* Business Process formalization ( Visio, iServer, Enterprise architecture ...)

* English mandatory (written and spoken), second language appreciated (German, French or Italian)

* Deep knowledge of ECC Supply Chain Modules: MM, SD, Inventory management, ware house management

* High level knowledge of Manufacturing SAP-ECC area,

* Good knowledge of APO PI

* Familiarity with complex landscape systems, interfaces structure
