- Extensive proven experience in the field of metadata/data quality/master data strategies
- Experience in applying interview techniques to capture needs
- Experience in process modelling
- Mapping the requirements in consultations with various stakeholders
- Able to provide solutions, processes and technologies for customer needs based on your experience
- Affinity with the current landscape of metadata solutions/processes and technologies
- Ability to engage in dialogue with the customer to think about metadata needs
- Ability to act quickly in a new environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the retail sector is a plus
- Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus
