For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Process Engineer - Service Level Agreement Framework (4387)
The ideal candidate will be working in a team that is responsible for the group wide Service Management Framework, to drive the service demand planning process as key component of the yearly group wide planning process.
Your Qualifications:
-Business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry in the area of IT Service Management
-Proven business architecture experience and demonstrated successful delivery of complex business process framework and business modelling in a global environment in a financial services or technology environment
-Experience with the service level management process and related contractual framework (SLA and OLA)
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust solutions
- An excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
About the role:
-Design processes and methodologies for Service Management Framework
-Provide documentation of processes and business requirements and liaise with IT on the tooling strategy
-Run the Service Management Design Authority and review/assess design request on behalf of the Group Service Management Architect
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement target state of the service management framework
- Define and document Service Architecture Guidelines
- Service level management process and related contractual framework (SLA and OLA)
- Support project management tasks
- Coordinate the work of more Junior Analysts
