For a major international client near to Lausanne, we are looking for a:
BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT - TRADE PROMOTIONS
Our client is undertaking a global business transformation programme with a focus on delivering a seamless, personalised, omnichannel experience to consumers. We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to deliver an integrated process related to Promotions & Trade Campaign Management. SAP is the main partner for the programme, and so candidates should have a strong experience of working in SAP environments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Translate business flows into processes in ARIS
- Identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Define and document functional specifications for RICEFW
- Liaise with the other business streams (eg CRM, etc.) to capture touchpoints and ensure optimised integration
Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be able to demonstrate the following:
- 5 years + experience as a Business Consultant, having mainly worked on subjects related to Trade, Promotions Execution, Trade Campaign Management and understanding the cross functional implications between the different business areas incl. CRM, E-commerce, etc.
- Expertise in Retail/B2C omnichannel scenarios
- Good understanding of the Trade, Service, Marketing
- Expertise in Aris
- Strong communication and consulting skills
THIS IS A SHORT-TERM CONTRACT POSITION WITH A LARGE INTERNATIONAL CLIENT LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN LAUSANNE.
INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
