You will have extensive experience in Business Process Change Consulting roles, having led and facilitated workshops and be keen to get into the details creating the process and producing the documentation necessary to deliver real change within a global organisation. It is expected you will be qualified in either Lean or Six Sigma and have an engaging personality, able to to act as a sponsor and ambassador for the Business transformation team as you interact with users and stakeholders within the clients global business.
