THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Skilled in providing project management support and expertise in process development and business workflows.
- At least four (4) years of pharmaceutical experience with recent Program/Process/Change Management
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Provide project management support and expertise in process development and business workflows.
- Function as an Assistant Process Integration Manager for assigned teams (ie, Compound/Study Set-up Execution Tables, Listings and Figures Team, Mentor, special topic, Provide project management leadership, etc.)
- Major Tasks of Position:
- Create, Plan and Lead the Execution of process workshops, meetings and training for Compound and Study Set-up, Execution, TLF's (SET) team
- Review and track all document deliverables from SET process subteams
- Create, track and manage overall project plan with SET subteam activities (ie, project plan monitoring and control, etc.)
- Assist Process Integration Manager to prepare templates and assist SET leads in coordination of meetings and other project management activities as needed
- Meet regularly with each of the study SET leads to ensure deliverables are on track
- Meet regularly with Process Integration Manager to ensure adequate communication and support to all GDS&A
- Contribute to the team approach, scope, best practices and responsibilities
- Partner with training and change management teams to begin deployment planning of SET model into the business
- Assist Process Integration Manager to track and monitor progress
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Natural Sciences, Computer Science, Informatics or Business Process related degree plus understanding of the clinical development process and business.
- At least four (4) years of pharmaceutical experience with recent Program/Process/Change Management
- Knowledge of healthcare study acquisition, conduct, analysis and reporting models
- Excellence in global cooperation with partnering functional heads
- Proven record of successful participation in teams or groups in an intercultural setting
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Detail oriented, ability to multitask with strong prioritization, planning and organization skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (with a focus on Word, MS Project, PowerPoint)
