BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT (INSURANCE DOMAIN)
For one of my leading financials client in Zurich we urgently require a Business Process Consultant who has gained good experience within the insurance sector.
As a Business Process Consultant you will be proficient in domain knowledge of insurance in addition to be fluent in German.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Solid Insurance Sector experience.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Good understanding of CRM Business Processes in Sales automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
- Good understanding of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support
- Fluent German language skills.
LOCATION: Zurich, Switzerland
CONTRACT: 1 year
RATES: Negotiable.
