On behalf of our client, a leading global and well renowned pharmaceutical company, we are looking for an EXPERIENCED BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT/IMPLEMENTATION EXPERT who has proven SERVICENOW experience.

For this contracting POSITION based in Basel, Experis IT is on the search of Business Process Consultants as well as Implementation Experts who can start ideally as soon as possible.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:

- Strong Experience with SERVICENOW
- Proven Experience in the following area of IT Service Management (ie incident management, problem management, change management, configuration management DB (CMDB) as well as request management, knowledge management, test management etc.)
- Highly familiar with SERVICE PORTAL and SERVICE CHARGE
- Experience within a pharmaceutical environment will be a plus
- Very good communication skills with fluency in ENGLISH
