eTom specialist delivering the post launch process development, to either lead the initiative - delivering the full process development (managing the tasks of other team players as well as contributing to the development) or a team member developing a suite of processes. Ideally the candidate will have experience of delivering eTom strategy/processes within either the Commercial and Support areas for a mobile operator.

minimum requirement is to have solid telecoms background as well as eTom certification to level 8, ideally 12.5, but this isn't a show stopper good communicator and able to work closely within a team environment, as well as having an eye for detail.

4 years current/relevant exp as a BP Consultant.

good package including hotel, per diem, flybacks.

3mth initial contract, likely to extend.
