Business Process Consultant (Billings/Credit)

Leading Global Solutions Provider has an immediate contract requirement for a Business Process Consultant with credit collections and billings expertise.

This contract role based in Dublin city centre and offers an excellent opportunity to be involved in the start-up of a high profile, state body in Ireland.

You will be a subject matter expert in Billing, credit and collections and payment processes, ideally in a Utilities environment. Content knowledge of areas such as billing cycles, meter reading, estimation, dunnings and collection routines is key.

A Strong knowledge in content and application of how this needs to be applied in terms of business rules, requirements capture and process mapping is required. Personal Gravitas and excellent communication skills required as the role entails handling senior stakeholders in a time poor environment on making critical business decisions and lobbying

Tasks:
- provide subject matter experts
- provide point of contact to business users
- design, facilitate business requirements and process mapping workshops
- support senior stakeholders through key business decisions
- Produce project documentation
- support the creation of training material and local working practises
