Our client is a multinational technology company and is currently looking for a BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT to help them to OPTIMIZE THE PROCESSES related to their customer support centers all over the world. The BUSINESS PROCESS CONSULTANT will work at our client in Brussels for 6 months.
Scope of work:
- Setup a new BUSINESS PROCESS OPTIMIZATION function within Customer services. The Customer Services department coordinates all the support centers in Europe, Asia and America.
- Review and redefine our PROCESS MANAGEMENT for our global support processes (PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING/PROCESS OPTIMIZATION).
- Setup a process to pro actively manage our audit risk controls.
Requirements:
- Experience in PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
- Good knowledge of LEAN TOOLS AND PRINCIPLES
- Experience in customer services, preferably in a CALL-CENTER ENVIRONMENT
- Fluent in English, good knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset
