Projektbeschreibung

The Business Process Consultant will be reviewing the current Windows XP, Multiple Active Directories, Multiple Software Distribution, operating model processes globally and then work with the local support groups to update the processes to support the new Windows 7 operating system, new Active Directory domain and new software Distribution application. During the analysis and development of the processes the resource will be working with third suppliers and internal resources. Once complete provide recommendation to implement a standard Operating Model Globally. The resource should have at least 5+ years of experience with developing these types of processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Using process design best practices, document the existing and desired future state process workflows.
- Partner with Strategic Sourcing to modify existing support contracts with multiple suppliers globally.
- Adherence to Project Management Lifecycle: follow a standard waterfall PMLC.
- Build a project plan in order to execute. Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan in order to achieve the project goals.
- Monitor and Control Project Work: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project, identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques in order to keep the project plan accurate, updated, reflective of authorized project changes as defined in the change management plan and facilitate customer acceptance.
- Implement the quality management plan to ensure that work is being performed according to required quality standards.
- Communicate Project Plan: Ensure a common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the project plan in order to align the stakeholders and team members. Implement the approved actions and work-arounds required to mitigate project risk events in order to minimize the impact of the risks on the project.
- Manage resource allocation proactively by ensuring that appropriate resources and tools are assigned to the tasks according to the project plan in order to execute the planned tasks successfully.
- Engages others in the attainment of the vision for the future. Influences others by enthusiastically sharing the future vision as a means for them to attain their goals
- Builds strong relationships across towers within the TSS organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS ability to begin working with minimal coaching.
- Process improvement certification (Six Sigma).
- Strong Business Analyst skills
- Familiarity with core project management principles
- Experience with process design in an outsourced environment
- Vendor management, experience working with supplier contacts in an outsourced environment to modify workflows. Ability to understand contracts and changes required.
- Operational or project management infrastructure experience.
- Strong communication skills. Provides information to others both internal and external to the organization; represents the organization to customers and other external sources.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.
- Ability to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results through a win-win relationship.
- Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations through recognition of dependencies, driving partnership and commitment to the program.
- Project and resource management, the ability to build and manage a portfolio of small projects requests and delivers on these.
- Awareness of cultural diversity and can embrace and capitalize those differences; applies knowledge in decision-making process.
- Ability to identify project risks by defining risk strategies and developing the risk management plan in order to reduce uncertainty throughout the project life cycle.
