Business Process and Requirements Analyst - Belgium
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH AND DUTCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years experience in business requirements analysis
- Interest and affinity with IT, BI and Analytics
- Manage business analysis techniques
- Experience with repository-based modelling tools (preferably Mega)
- Knowledge of the ArchiMate architecture framework is a plus
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Helicopter perspective problems, split processes and projects into constituent parts and analyze the underlying connections in a systematic way
- Develop clear criteria for the formation of an image and recognize where it is necessary to go deeper
- Solution Independent analysis of needs, ideas and issues that the goal for all stakeholders (client, project, program team)
- Acquire sufficient general knowledge about the business context and analyse the emergency, idea or problem
- Determine the mix of solutions, alternatives and impacts and provide proposals and solutions to help make an informed decision
- Document and argue the entire business solution into understandable language and ensure it remains in line with the objectives and requirements
- Support the project even in a RFI (Request For Information) and RFP (Request For Proposal) process in the event that a solution needs to be purchased
- Assist the Project Manager in the assessment of costs and necessary resources for defining, realizing and implementing the solution
- Provide input for the method adoption workshop (MAW)
- Provide support for the preparation of a step-by-step plan for phased implementation and/or deployment of the solution, based on risks, opportunities and constraints
- Work closely with the Business Solution Architect, Project Manager and Business Requirements Analyst colleagues from other projects within the program
