Business Process Analysts (2) (Mid Level)

Support will include but is not limited to the following:
This work is focused on the operational/organizational side of the business such as suggesting process improvements for facilities management, building maintenance, process for hiring, etc. This is not at all IT related. Plan, prioritize, and organize efforts to support action teams and the overall CPI efforts to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved. Facilitate action teams for business process development/re-engineering efforts. Gather data and research existing business processes and systems. Communicate analysis to management through reports, briefings and presentations Investigate and solve problems pertaining to business processes, data issues and system requirements. Develop metrics to assess operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collect, manage and analyze performance data using appropriate software/database. Interface closely with management to propose best practices where applicable. Minimum 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree. Must possess well developed facilitation, research, and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to understand complex business issues and apply analysis to address organizational and operational performance improvements. Knowledgeable in organizational change, business process improvement and performance measurement. Must be a US Citizen. A current DoD clearance would be a plus. Must have experience with Visio in order to document processes. Six Sigma cert is a plus.
