Business Process Analysts

As a BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST you will be highly skilled in requirement gathering and process mapping to assist with the future implementation of a system in a large Government organisation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage the business stakeholders and users on the key business opportunities and development of applicable business cases and/or requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering and analysis around key areas of opportunity including information management and the delivery of corporate and business information.
- Work with business units, project managers and across project teams responsible for IT delivery and services.
- Identify change strategies, and assist with developing communication strategies.
- Expertise in data analysis will be particularly well regarded. This includes mapping and tracing data from system to system, documenting the types and structure of the business data based on

YOUR SKILLS

- Proven experience developing Business Requirements documents, engaging stakeholders and users, identifying solutions and implementing changes.
- Proven ability to gather information and advice for systems analysis and design for information systems so that the systems meet support needs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop/assist with project plans and associated communication documents, project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Ability to work to project deadlines within a time critical development environment.
