Business Process Analyst with Project Management Skills

Business Process Analyst/Business Project Manager wanted for an international bank based in Zurich.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years banking operations expertise especially securities processing with experience in the Asset Servicing and/or Custody &Transfers Area
- Proven change management experience
- Profound analytical, conceptual skills to support the implementation of new business operating models working in partnership with vendors
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
- Knowledge of work flow tool eg Pega Rules is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a track record of senior management exposure
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken is essential

YOUR TASKS:

- E2E responsibility in our clients' team in Zurich
- Working on market driven and strategic topics that are shaping the future of the financial industry
- Solving the challenges of major business process changes and delivering the necessary changes in the application landscape as well as driving opportunity assessments to increase efficiency
- Collaborating with the project team workflow optimization, implementing market driven changes in the Legacy environment to efficiency initiatives
