Business Process Analyst - Utilities

Our client, a utilities company based in Edinburgh requires a Business Process Analyst for an initial 3 month contract to join their Billing Systems team on a process improvement project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the business stakeholders to understand the current billing system processes, the business process in place, and identify any improvements that could be made to the processes or the billing system (HiAffinity) itself.

To join this exciting organisation you will be a skilled Business Process Analyst, with exceptional requirements gathering and process mapping skills, with an ability to hit the ground running. Ideally you will have a background in the utilities industry coupled with billing systems knowledge. Any knowledge or experience of Activity-based costing is highly desirable although not essential.
