For a project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Business Process Analyst - Strategic Transformation (4939)
The Transformation Initiatives department focuses on business process simplification and cost reduction. The successful candidate will be involved in one or many business transformation projects across a diverse portfolio of IT and business process focused areas.
Your Qualifications:
- 7+ year's experience as senior business analyst within financial services or with a renowned consultancy firm
- Deep analytical and conceptual skills, expertise in data analysis
- Strong experience of interfacing to IT during project and good understanding of IT requirements
- A strong interpersonal and highly client oriented attitude to be part of the team
- Fluent in English, German or Italian language is an asset
Your Responsibilities:
- Supporting ongoing transformation activities and identifying new strategic transformation opportunities
- Integrate initiatives within BAU processes. This is the most challenging part of the role as there is a lot of scope for creativity and out of the box thinking to come up with innovative solutions
- Data analysis, working with data models in applications
- Business requirements analysis; analysing current processes then propose changes as and when needed and preparing process documentation
- Working closely with IT teams during project
- Proposing changes to current operating model and facilitating moving into Target Operating Model
