ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working in the ISS Portfolio management Office in the Reporting Team. The job is to identify and document reporting processes
- The business process analyst will identify all the internal processes in the reporting team.
- They will document these processes in templates that will be provided.
- Process identification will be by interview with the team.
- The outputs will be a set of documented processes and work instructions to carry out these processes
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- The role holder must be experienced in identifying and documenting processes.
- They must be able to produce clear, written instructions in the form of desk instructions that civil servants will be able to user in order to carry out their jobs.
- Process identification, analysis and documentation.
- The ability to write instructions in clear, simple English.
- The ability to elicit information from people.
