Business Process Analyst (HR Project Experience)

Process Business Analyst is currently required on a Contract basis for a Leeds global insurance company.

The successful candidate will be involved in managing the process team to document the end to end credit and capital management process. The role will also involve developing a process portal to provide business access to the processes and procedures. You will have past project experience within the area of HR and employee experience.

The successful candidate must have a background as a Process Business Analyst within a global financial organisation. You will also have in depth knowledge credit risk as well as capital management processes for corporate banking. Experience of large scale or global HR projects and awareness of Green/Black belt or Lean 6 Sigma will also be required for this role.
