Currently we are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst with HR experience for one of our top clients in the uptown Charlotte area. Candidates MUST have strong experience documenting business processes using Visio and working with functional HR teams.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Business Process Analyst HR  to conduct analysis of business systems and user needs.

- Write detailed description of user needs and program functions.
- Create business process flow diagrams and detail functional design documents.
- Experience working on HR systems projects. Familiar with project implementation methodologies. Must have experience as a BA in HR area, with HR systems.
- Demonstrated project experience as functional team member.
- Expertise in a variety of HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
