Business Process Analyst - HR

Our client, a banking organisation based in Glasgow, require the services of a HR Process Analyst for an initial 6 month day rate contract.

This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate working on a large HR Transformation with the typical activities being:

- Identifying process gaps and provide process and design solutions, being the intermediary between the HR business subject matter experts and system implementation professionals.
- Interpreting the current processes to identify whether the end-to-end process is impacted or if it needs to be re-engineered

In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Familiarity with process modelling, workshop facilitation and core business analysis activities, particularly within an HR context
- Knowledge of HR operating models, supporting systems, key HR processes and procedures
- Experience of HR transformations
- Identify inter-dependencies of requirements and design decisions across multiple systems and workstreams.
- Working within an Agile project methodology
- Produce scoping documents, analysis and recommendations to support key design decisions.
