For a global bank in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge as a Business Process Analyst/Global Banking Operation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acting as a Business Analyst and a Project Manager for a variety of projects
- Delivery of projects for the security area of Banking Operations: Securities Processing, Asset Servicing, Custody & Transfers Area
- Driving and managing Changes
- Questioning the status quo
- Developing pragmatic solutions
- Supervise projects in three areas: Robotic initiatives, Deployment topics, Business Delivery Center
- Solving the challenges of major business process changes delivering the necessary changes in the application landscape
- Driving opportunity assessments to increase efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- Senior BUSINESS ANALYST and PM with > years of experience in BANKING OPERATIONS
- Very in-depth knowledge of BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS in the banking area
- Expertise in banking operations especially security announcements (SWIFT)
- Very experienced in the ASSET SERVICING AND CUSTODY & TRANSFERS AREA
- Very good knowledge with work flow tools eg PEGA RULES (advantageous)
- A solution-oriented person with a proven track record of senior management exposure, high-end communication and presentation skills
- Distinguished analytical skills and conceptual capabilities to collaborate with vendors to support the implementation of new business operations models
- Fluency in ENGLISH and GERMAN is a MUST
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Start: ASAP, latest in January 2017
- Duration: 6 months+
- All incl. CHF 780 - 800 CHF/day
