Business Process Analyst - Energy Trading Systems

System Dynamics has a requirement for 2 Analysts with Business Process and test skills inTrading to work on a variety of projects which we will execute in parallel. These projects will have varying Business Process Change, Technical Change and Test criticality. The roles are required immediately until end September 2014, with an option to extend.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Define and document functional requirements in partnership with the Trading functional leads.
- Update all required business process flows and process description material.
- Define all required functional test scenarios appropriate to an ETRM environment, and execute and document the tests accordingly.
- Manage communications and interaction between Project delivery teams and Trading teams to ensure overall solution is well aligned to Business needs.
- Provide status updates and progress reports, including escalation of issues where appropriate, to both Project and Trading Line Management.
- Provide first-level support to the Trading teams following deployment, and manage defects/issues to resolution in conjunction with Vendors and Technical Support teams, as required.
- Support the Trading Business with product knowledge and supplemental training as required post go-live.
- Provide application security administration services.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of Trading and Risk Management systems.
- Business knowledge of Energy markets.
- Expert communication skills, particularly in terms of managing the dialogue between functional and technical teams.
- Experienced in Business Process analysis and documentation.
- Experienced in applying formal test methodologies.
- Self-starter and very proactive individual required.
