System Dynamics have a requirement for a Business Process Analyst to join our project team in Dublin 2 location for an initial 12 months. IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with business users to o document processes - process flows and backing material
- elicit, document and manage requirements
- carry out a gap analysis
- Prepare all documentation for As-Is and To-Be Process
- Prepare MS Office templates with a standard look and feel to support the implementation of the process
- Project planning
- Stakeholder Management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Requirements elicitation, documentation and management
- Process mapping
- Communication
- Stakeholder management
- Good interpersonal and people skills with strong client focus
- Expert communication skills, particularly in terms of managing the dialogue between functional and technical teams
- Self-starter and very proactive individual required
- Excellent MS Office skills - Visio, Word, Excel
- MSProject
- SharePoint for document Management Experience:
- Experience using BA skills and techniques to drive business meetings and elicit the required information
- Experience in implementing business processes and driving business change in a project
- 3rd Level IT Qualification
- Business Analysis Qualification
