Business/Process Analyst - Cross Currency (5581)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced BUSINESS/PROCESS ANALYST - CROSS CURRENCY (5581)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- 6+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS A BUSINESS ANALYST WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES
- STRONG SKILLS IN BUSINESS RELATED PROCESSES THAT INCL. BANKING, ORGANIZATIONAL, APPLICATION-RELATED AND OTHER OPERATIONAL PROCESSES AND PROCEDURES
- EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING PROPOSALS FOR CHANGE OR ENHANCEMENT
- VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS MANAGEMENT AND DESIGN
- Experience in currency related projects and/or with intracompany flows would be of advantage
- Committed team player with a positive work approach
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN IS A BIG PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products, and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements documents
- Supporting project management tasks in the areas of quality control and project management
- Coordinating the work of the more junior analyst
