BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - CRM
Do you thrive at improving business processes? Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join them on a 3 month contract to re-engineer the business processes in the most optimal way possible.
They have implemented the first part of their CRM roadmap and are busy launching the second phase. You will be responsible for the analysis, documentation and validation of the business processes within the business, aligning with different stakeholders and organising structured meetings on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will have significant and relevant similar experience in Business process analysis and have functional knowledge on the CRM processes. Knowledge/experience of the Energy Market is also desirable.
The role is based in Brussels/Hasselt.
