BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

My client are a nationwide organisation in the Finance sector, They are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst for a 6 month contract with the potential to be renewed. The successful Business Process Analyst will have good hands on experience with Strategic Technology and Assurance process design (eg CIO MI, TOM, Risk assurance, IT strategy etc).

As part of the programme, the successful Business Process Analyst will be responsible for designing and implementing the processes which will operate the Technology function (TOM), alongside their Tier 1 suppliers.

Demonstrable experience - essential:

- Business analysis and process re-engineering
- Process mapping and process modelling skills
- Process testing/proving
- Involvement in a projects/programs of a similar scalemanage and prioritise multiple simultaneous tasks
- Effective communication skills (excellent written English) combined with the ability to establish strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Working with outsourced suppliers

Technical Skills:

- ITIL
- Excel
- MS Project
- Report writing & MI

Desirable:

- IT Strategy
- Operational Risk
- Supplier Management
- Working knowledge of Blueworks Live or similar
- Knowledge of Financial Services & Regulation

Occasional UK travel will be required
