We are searching for a Business Process Analyst for a contract based in Brussels must have experience of Business Process re-engineering in an IT/Telecoms environment. MS Visio, ARIS tool, Mega, Enterprise Architect) & (BMPN/UML)
Must have experience of working closely with stakeholders involved in a business process to identify and analyse core business processes, workflows and KPI
Analyse business Processes and Contribute to the design and development of a business solution to meet the business requirements.
Prepare the business acceptance testing phase.
Experience soliciting, gathering, analysing, user input and requirements.
Skills
At least 3-5 years experience focus on business analysis, business process analysis, functional system analysis.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyses business processes and workflows
Business Process Modeling (BPM), Business Analyst (BA) or Lean/Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
Must be able to work in French and English languages
