Business Process Analyst - Belgium
Languages: DUTCH and ENGLISH
Skills and experience:
-Have a master's degree (or equivalent experience)
-Have at least 5 years relevant work experience (business analysis) in the world of logistics (supply chain)
-Experience with business architecture is a plus
-Have an understanding of business processes and their technical background
-Be a team player with strong communication skills
-Put things in a broader perspective and develop vision that takes into account (medium) long term
-Think analytically and to distinguish detail essence
-Know how to convince others through your commitment, assertiveness and accessibility
-Be assertive and not afraid to take a stand
-Solve problems and targeted work and are paying attention to simplicity and efficiency
-Using a methodical approach to achieve the desired result
-Like to learn and be open to innovation and change
Description of work:
- Mix of solutions (process-oriented, technical and/or ICT) needed to achieve the goal
- Advise on the impact on the current situation and offer possible alternatives
- Communicate about the right way to your colleagues within the various teams of the logistics department
- Ensure also that the final result is in line with the business, IT architecture, expectations and strategic objectives
