BUSINESS/PROCESS ANALYST - BANKING OPERATIONS - BRUSSELS
My client, a Retail & Investment Bank based in Brussels, requires a Business Process Analyst for a 3 month contract initially.
The ideal candidate must have KNOWLEDGE OF CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS DOMAIN (KYC, CUSTOMER DUE DILIGENCE, ACCOUNTS PROCESSES) AND FLUENT IN DUTCH & FRENCH. IN ADDITION, YOU MUST HAVE:
At least 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AS
BUSINESS/PROCESS ANALYST
- Cross border and cross - Entity projects
- Being able to describe/design processes
(AS IS- To Be)
- Elaboration of process requirements
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT: define change management strategy, prepare communication plans for deployment, train users and provide required documents
- Strong Knowledge of customers and accounts domains, Customers risk, account processes
