For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - ASSET SERVICING/SWIFT (4262)
We are looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER for a project within the Asset Servicing Area.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES
- EXPERTISE IN BANKING OPERATIONS ESPECIALLY SECURITIES PROCESSING WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE ASSET SERVICING AND/OR CUSTODY & TRANSFERS AREA
- DEMONSTRABLE CHANGE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
- UNDERSTANDING OF SWIFT WOULD BE A STRONG ASSET
- SOME TECHNICAL/IT UNDERSTANDING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE
- Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual capabilities to support the implementation of new business operating models working in partnership with vendors
- Self-motivated and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, questioning the status quo and developing pragmatic solutions
- High-end communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of senior management exposure
- Experience with a work flow tool eg Pega Rules is an asset
- FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN) IS REQUIRED
