Business Process Analyst

Your tasks:

- Develop an understanding of overall project objectives
- Develop the scope document of the Business concept for change
- Deliver "as is" process designs using BPMN2.0 notation and provide analysis of impacted processes in the group risk process architecture, identify and propose improvement opportunities to relevant process owners and process managers for the design of the "to-be" end-state solution - taking into consideration voice of the process and voice of the customer
- Lead process analysis and optimization discussions to deliver process improvement using Lean Sigma tools (SIPOC) and visuals (swim-lane, function allocation diagrams) to capture the in line with Enterprise Process Management (EPM) standards
- Lead and moderate sessions with stakeholders and Business experts to obtain input and sign-off of process deliverables
- Document Business change requirements.
- Inform and obtain Business Sponsors and Business Architect agreement and required sign-offs
- Engage with IT BA to support translation of Business requirements into system specific requirements where appropriate
- Map Business requirements to process categories and develop Business rules with controls for solution implementation
- Facilitate review sessions between Risk Architect, IT BAs and end-users on target end-state look and feel

The ideal candidate shall bring:

- Business analysis or project management experience in the FINANCIAL INDUSTRY
- PROCESS DESIGN AND ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE
- Experience in BPMN2.0 in Visio, ideally in ARIS
- Knowledge in applying LEAN OR LEAN SIGMA METHODOLOGY
- A LEAN AND/OR LEAN SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION (Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust
- A degree in business administration, banking and finance, or economics
- Fluent English
- MARKET OR CREDIT RISK experience is an advantage
