Business Process Analyst

For our client in Zurich, Harvey Nash is looking for a competent:

Business Process Analyst (m/f)

Tasks

- Develop an understanding of overall project objectives
- Develop the scope document of the Business concept for change
- Supporting the Analysis and Design of the application architecture and its components
- Deliver "as is" process designs using BPMN2.0 notation and provide analysis of impacted processes in the Group Risk process architecture
- Lead process analysis and optimization discussions to deliver process improvement using Lean Sigma tools (SIPOC) and visuals (swim-lane, function allocation diagrams) to capture the in line with Enterprise Process Management (EPM) standards
- Lead and moderate sessions with stakeholders and Business experts to obtain input and sign-off of process deliverables

Requirement

- business analysis or project management experience in the financial industry
- Process design and analysis experience
- Experience in BPMN2.0 in Visio, ideally in ARIS
- Knowledge in applying Lean or Lean Sigma methodology
- A Lean and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt)
- Fluent in English
