Business Process Analyst

Job Mission

Facilitate and drive the (re-)design, build and implementation of the factory processes and supporting IT infrastructure (SAP), using a green-field approach. Work closely together with an experienced senior manager in representing all the factories and ensuring a to-be situation, that signifies a considerable and embraced improvement for all stakeholders in the organization.

Job Description

* Re-engineer manufacturing processes, based on standard solutions

* Select best practices most suitable to business characteristics and needs;

* Analyze impact of new concepts for existing ways of working and determine implementation strategies;

* Facilitate business change aspects like decision making, requirements gathering and feedback, benefits tracking, communication and so on;

* Set up and facilitate execution of implementation and roll out plans including testing, key user and end user training, shop floor introduction to ensure a smooth introduction and transition.

Education

Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering & Management Science/Technical Business Administration/Business-IT Management.

Experience

* 2-5 years of practical experience.

* Knowledge and understanding of production (control) systems and processes, including engineering/work preparation, planning & logistics. Preferably in a high-tech, assembly & test environment.

* Experience with supporting IT systems and their interaction with business processes in manufacturing (SAP, Teamcenter).

* Preferably experience in system implementation/change management within production organizations and/or eager to learn in this area.

Personal skills

* Self-assured, capable of convincing people, also at higher management levels.

* Strong communicator in Dutch (is a MUST) and English with strong presentation skills.

* Consultancy skills.

* Ambitious and with a pro-active, initiating attitude.

* Change management competencies.

* Ability to plan and set priorities.

* Team worker, good social skills, customer-oriented.

* Think practical on the impact of decisions for end-customer/user.

* Have affinity with IT systems and structures and think in business process modelling terms.

* Strong analytical skills, including advanced application software skills, such as presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
