RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for analysing the needs of the customer & the business needs and analysing the impact on our business process with regard to new products, process improvements, legal changes, ....
- Responsible for advising the business about potential solutions
- Responsible for preparing and executing the tests (prepare testplan & testcases, execute tests, testplan, testanalysis, follow up findings, report on progress, ...
- Ensure that at all stages of the project all quality standards, internal procedures and regulations are respected
- Responsible for the preparation of training material and workplace instructions
- After implementation, responsible for recording, identifying and analysing problems and formulating proposals on corrective actions
- Maintain and build expertise, follow new developments in own field of activity
- Good knowledge of the operation in the other business areas and builds good contacts with them
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Master degree (Commercial Engineering, Applied Economics, Trade and Financial Sciences, Physical Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Experience with insurance and a good knowledge of (Life) products would be a bonus, processes and systems in an insurance environment.
SKILLS SPECIFIC
- Proven experience in business analysis
- Proven experience in test analysis & test execution
- Good knowledge of project management methodology
- Experience in package implementations is an advantage
SKILLS GENERAL
- Critical and analytical mind - very important skill for this role
- Born organizer and has the necessary diplomatic talents
- Excellent communication skills and a strong dose of persuasion
- Finds solutions to problems and likes a structured and organized approach
- Natural drive to improve and innovate
CONTRACT
Start Date: March 2016
Length: 3 months (extension possibly)
Location: Brussels
Languages: English, French or/and Dutch
Salary: Depending on experience
