Business Process Analyst (FR/NL-EN)

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for a 6 months contract in a well-known company located in Brussels.

Role

- Ensure change management for operational services
- Analyze and identify process improvements opportunities, define optimization solutions and priorities, plan the implementation of those solutions
- Lead improvement projects in order to control changes impacts
- Optimize process and adapt monitoring systems
- Support operational services to formalize and write existing process
- Support conception, development, set up and follow-up of process monitoring systems
- Manage some improvements projects
- Formalize some business requirements for changes linked to application solutions
- Provide changes information to functional analysts

Profile

- At least 5 years of experience in process management/optimization OR in operational improvement management
- Familiar with Lean, Operational excellence, Change management, KPI and Balanced Scorecard
- Fluent in French OR Dutch and good in English
- Result oriented, autonomous
