Business Process Analyst

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

To work across NHH team and Process Performance Function to understand Retail process interaction between the two areas and provide process maps and process insight. Understand handoffs between retail processes and Wholesale/Market Operator processes and support Retail process uplift to ensure compliance with Open Water NHH strategic vision.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTPUTS

Provide as is and to be process catalogues and processes for NHH

Support uplift of relevant NHH Retail processes to make them compliant with latest Market Architecture Plan (MAP)

Provide NHH with a regular view of changes taking place elsewhere in the business that will impact NHH retail processes, especially in respect of CRMB rollout

Input at design workshops and SI relating to NHH processes. Specifically:

- Provide insight on compliance with NHH post-vendor MAP
- Provide insight into Wholesale/Market Operator compliance
- Engaging with the business to clarify process scope and flows, and any queries or actions raised at workshops
- Monitoring and reviewing SI process outputs

Ensuring quality and E2E structure of the processes being engineered including understanding business handoffs

Draw out risks of changes to the wider business processes

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Typically 3 years + experience of process Design/redesign/process re-engineering and gap analysis

Expertise in ARIS and MS Visio process map creation

Team worker able to work in a pressurised environment

Data analysis methods and techniques

Able to sell ideas to project teams and senior managers

Can engage at all levels of the organisation

Excellent communication skills and customer-orientated
