Business Process Analyst

Do you have a good understanding of business processes, and do you want to work on a contract basis with an international organisation?

One Process Analyst is required to support our client's management team at their office in Valencia, Spain. This will be a long term contract, with the possibility of regular extensions based on good performance. It is an English speaking role and needs someone with proven experience and competency supporting operational business processes.

Process Analyst duties will include:

. Support management with documenting and simplifying operational business process to obtain efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
. Help create a practical approach of implementing Support Operational Processes
. Work with management to document all the team process and controls for a more efficient auditing process.
. Implement a practical and efficient reporting mechanism of metrics, KPIs and CSF.
. Assist the management with any other duties related to the provisioning of improved quality services to its customers.

Candidates need to have:

. Three years or more professional experience in the area of Process analysis and business support
. Good experience with Business Process tools for mapping, charting, documenting.
. Understanding of Business Process concepts and performance measurements.
. Have experience and an understanding of supporting IT (Information technology) operations.
. At least 2 years of experience in the area of Information technology.
. Familiar with Service Management tools (Ticketing systems).
. Knowledge of automated provisioning and integrated infrastructure management tools.
. You will preferably have a University degree in computer or information science, mathematics or related field.
. ITIL Certification
. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
. Spanish language skills is a bonus.
