Business Process Analyst

Our high profile client is looking for a dynamic Business Process Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis. The successful candidate will have a solid business background and experience in a broad range of projects with demonstrated ability in identifying and mapping 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes. You will in involved in requirement gathering on a number of initiatives, from Billing Projects to Pricing, Product packaging.

THE ROLE

- Contribute to the continual development of the Business Improvement framework and methodologies, and toolsets.
- Business Analysis in and around frameworks for business improvement benefits.
- Work closely with senior leaders from across the organisation gathering analysis to define and document business processes.
- Offer continual improvement by working with your peers in the business
- Identify issues and offer solutions in and around business processes
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders

YOUR BACKGROUND

- 2 - 5 years business analysis experience with a focus on process mapping
- Extensive Process Mapping and Process re-engineer skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop business processes
- Proven track record of successful delivery to client/management expectations
- Excellent documentation and analysis skills
- High level written and oral communication skills
- Negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills
- Previous experience working on billing projects would be highly regarded
- Prince 2 Project Management certification would be desirable
