Business Process Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST to join our client in Oxnard, California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Business Process Analyst position will be responsible for providing analysis on productivity, operational efficiency and supporting ongoing projects for NAFTA Operations.
- Identifying cost savings opportunities, pulling data from various sources and conducting detailed analysis.
- Documenting operations processes and conducting workflow analysis.
- Analyzing plant operations to understand strengths and weaknesses and determine opportunities to redesign or automate processes and documentation, maximizing operational efficiencies, while reducing costs, such as overtime.
- Developing project plans, scope, cost, resources required and assessing business impact. The Business Process Analyst will need to work with different functional groups such as Inventory Management, Customer Operations, Global Planning, Quality and Operations to drive cross functional improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for the timely completion of project deliverables.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Requires an extremely analytical mindset, great problem solving skills, and extensive use of Excel and SAP and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel techniques to summarize big data sets and make recommendations to leadership.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Six Sigma tools highly desirable
- Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills

JOB OVERVIEW:

- Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of the seed industry is a plus
