Business Process Analyst required for a high profile change programme within the banking industry in Zurich. The role will be analysing the existing business processes throughout the organisation (front/middle/Back Office) delivering improvements where necessary. You will be gathering the functional and process requirements by running workshops and conducting interviews with multiple business stakeholders. You will also be designing new and improved business processes and systems followed by presenting them to stakeholders prior to implementation. You will be closely working with colleagues and in particular the PMO function, updating project plans and project administration accordingly. You will need a background in business process analysis from the banking industry, preferably from Private Banking and have excellent knowledge of using MS Office. Any business process modelling tool experience is acceptable.
Fluent German is essential.
