Business Process Analyst

My client is seeking a Business Process Analyst from a financial background to focus on developing end to end business processes in line with a change of operational procedures. Excellent communication skills and strong facilitation skills will be present in the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify, analyse and document the organisation's business requirements
- Convert business requirements into a set of system requirements
- Take shared ownership in project outcomes by ensuring that at all times the scope, time, cost and quality factors of the project are adhered to, issues and risks are managed, and identification of problems and concerns are promptly escalated
- Be an active and visible coach to any stakeholders who are participating in any activities relating to the business, data, reporting and test analysis functions.

Essential experience:

- Experience mapping business processes
- Experience using Microsoft Visio
- Ability to work both individually and in a team
- Ability to facilitate process workshops with senior business stakeholders
- Understanding of the BPMN business process modelling and notation standard
- Experience working in a financial environment
